Rough Handling
Our rough handling capabilities include a single leaf and a double leaf drop tester for various sized test samples, which can be either packaged or unpackaged.
We also have a quick release mechanism, which can be utilised for when samples need to be suspended prior to the drop, as opposed to supported.
Additional “bench handling” type tests can also be performed.
Some of the environmental test standards that we test in accordance with are:
- BS EN 60068-2-31: Rough Handling
- MIL-STD-810: Method 516: Shock
- DEF STAN 00-35: Test M4: Drop, Topple & Roll
- DEF STAN 00-35: Test M5: Impact
