Even if you do not have Alphatech supplied equipment, our highly experienced field service engineers have extensive experience with brands and manufactures across the industry and are able to provide you with a level of support that fits your equipment and business requirements.
Our range of service options include:
1. Maintenance only – We will conduct two preventative maintenance visits per year including one UKAS traceable (where applicable) calibration. The visits include a 15 point check list including basic functions and safety.
2. Maintenance Plus – This option covers everything from Maintenance only with all breakdown labour cost included
3. Comprehensive – This option covers everything from first two options, but includes labour and parts costs.
All of our service options are transparent, with a fixed cost travel regardless of your UK location.
