Stress Screening

This term covers a range of test types and equipment from fairly standard environmental test chambers through to high rate of temperature change units, themal shock machines and equipment utilising LN2 for cooling.

Both CTS & QualMark make chambers that can be used for Stress Screening.

Supplementing temperature and humidity the option of adding vibration (single axis, three axis or six degrees of freedom vibration) is also possible. The choice largely depends on whether you are seeking compliance to a standard or weakness and latent fault finding.
